Marina "Mothers" Beach
Marina Beach is a marina facing (not ocean facing) beach that is more commonly known as "Mother's Beach" because its lack of surf and covered picnic tables make safe for children and a popular spot for family outings. Located at 14000 Palawan Way in Marina del Rey.

Venice Beach
Located just north of the Marina del Rey boat channel at 3100 to 2700 Ocean Front Walk in the beach community of Venice. Facilities and amenities include basketball courts, handball courts, racquetball courts, a weight lifting area known locally as "New Muscle Beach", picnic areas, toilets, showers, bicycle, skate, and watersports equipment rentals, and nearly 1000 parking spaces.

Dockweiler Beach
Located just south of the Marina del Rey boat channel at 12000 Vista del Mar in the beach community of Playa del Rey. Facilities and amenities include a recreational vehicle (RV) park, a hang gliding facility, a beach bicycle trail, fire rings, picnic areas, toilets, showers, more then 2000 parking spaces, and lifeguards.
